House on Parliament has been a part of the Cabbagetown neighborhood of Toronto for 23 years. Co-owned by Tania Waldock, Beau Opperman, and Duncan Hammond, the restaurant has become the local for many of the neighborhood residents and people who travel from all parts of the city for the experience.
